About the Role As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care for residents. Working closely with the Facility Manager and a skilled multidisciplinary team, you will oversee care planning, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives while providing leadership and mentorship to staff. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage clinical care for residents, ensuring best practices are followed. Lead and support a team of nurses and care staff to deliver exceptional care. Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with residents and their families. Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements. Conduct clinical assessments and support continuous quality improvements. Provide mentorship, training, and development to clinical staff. Collaborate with allied health professionals and external stakeholders. About You: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN). Previous experience in aged care, ideally in a leadership or coordination role. Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to clinical care.
